People have different views on government how to reduce traffic congestion. Some think it can be solved by building more train and subway lines while others think that building more roads and widening existing roads will reduce traffic congestion. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

More train and subway lines修建铁路和地铁线：

1.地铁载客量大carry much more passengers 

2.方便，快捷，准时，上下班的人们喜欢选择地铁上班 due to its convenience, efficiency and punctuality 所以修建铁路和地铁线在一定程度上可以缓解交通压力

More roads增加道路数目和路宽:  

1.在很多城市，道路交通拥堵因为车辆数量迅速增加，有些地方的道路太窄不能满足车辆行驶需求some roads are narrow to meet the needs of increasing number of vehicles 

2.还有些地方的公路网络不完善，造成拥堵the road network in some areas is deficient 所以增加道路数目和路口有助于减少交通堵塞
